JAKE PRATCHETT

Jake oversees the technical and planning side of every project, ensuring work is accurately priced, carefully organised and set up for success from the outset. With a keen eye for detail, he makes sure everything is in place before work begins and keeps clients informed throughout the process.
Clear communication, thorough preparation and a smooth, stress-free experience are at the heart of Jake’s approach.

SAM TRODD
​Director | Project & Site Lead
Sam manages the day-to-day delivery of projects on site. He coordinates teams, schedules work and ensures materials and suppliers are in place when needed, keeping everything moving efficiently from start to finish.
With a practical, hands-on approach, Sam ensures high standards are maintained on site and that clients are kept up to date as work progresses.
